I called to inform the store that although my receipt read correctly, there was still mustard on the sandwich, and needed it... remade. The employees were combative on the phone from the beginning and were discussing in the background in Spanish whether ornot I was lying (I speak Spanish). Once I arrived with the incorrect sandwich in hand, to pick up my remade sandwich, Khurramdidn?t believe that the initial one was made incorrectly so she asked to inspect it herself, at which point she told me again?there isn?t mustard on it?. To anyone specifically requesting ?no mustard? the taste of mustard is very obvious. The yellowmustard with brown dots was clearly visible on my sandwich, and there is absolutely zero reason for me to have wasted my timeand returned to the store if there wasn?t in fact mustard on the sandwich. Employees can?t accept they made a small mistake andinstead wanted to argue with me. Khurram was clearly annoyed by her mistake and projected it as rudeness towards me. Read more
I ordered online to avoid waiting as long as in person order usually takes. Showed up to get my order, place was empty and no... staff in sight, I started to yell hello, when reluctantly someone came out from the back. I said I placed an online order, tohis reply was to call another staff memeber from the back. Who then proceeded to tell me it was on the pick up shelf (I alreadylooked, no orders where there) then he grabs a ticket to find it was my order. A third person, female, comes out from the backand they start making my order. No apology or any thing said to me. Highly disappointed, trying to bring dinner home to myfamily after a long day of work. Lazy staff, unprofessional. Food is ok, but I doubt I?ll be back. To add - there is even adoor chime that announces ?front door? when you enter. Read more

The last time I came to this shop the manager was yelling at his employees. The employees were always there, but I guess they... quit after that whole ordeal. The new employees looked miserable and poorly trained. I saw the manager call one of the employeesfat, and excused the remark by saying he "has a pot belly too". The manager seems like a narcissist. Also there was paper in thesandwich that we waited 30 minutes for. 12/27/21 Update: I went to this location again and saw different employees than lasttime, and I didn't see the manager. They blessed me with a sandwich built from the heavens (second pic). My only complaint isthat the employees do not wear a mask while making the sandwich. Read more
Got a sandwich to go it was really quick got home and no meat or cheese on the sub. But they remembered the pickle I didn't... want. Tried to call them no one picked up. Read more
The food was good and I think it was worth the price. I usually don't get full from just one sub at other places, but I was... satisfied at this place. It was my first time in a Firehouse so I got a sub that I wanted to try, but their daily special is agood deal if you wanted to go a little cheaper. Read more
