I have not once had a bad experience at this dominos. The pizza here is always piping hot, extra sauce ACTUALLY means extra... sauce, and the service has been great. Every time I?ve picked up an order, all the employees are incredibly friendly andattentive. I was pretty ready to give up on dominos as I was not enjoying any of the other dominos I?d been going to, but thisone changed it all! Wow! This Domino?s franchise location has been consistently bad since we first ordered here over 10 years ago! We waited for... our order outside and the app never changed status from prep. Called the store and the guy started yelling at me saying he?s theonly one at the store and saying he cannot do everything himself. Raised my blood pressure and ruined the last half of my dayby spending money here. What a disappointment and embarrassment to the community. The owner should close this place downpermanently as it?s been like this for a while. Update: ordered 5 items. The 3 pizzas all had so little sauce and cheese ittasted like overcooked bread sticks. Ordered from this location many times and 3 of the last 5 times they've messed up the order. One time the manger said I would... get a free pizza because they messed it so badly. Never happened. My kids like the pizza and boneless chicken so I figured I'dtry them again. One pizza was very wrong. Ordered: ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage and green peppers. Received: ham, pepperoni,Italian sausage, tomatoes, olives, red peppers, and one piece of pineapple. I reported the issue through the app and the onlyoptions are to receive 20% off an order in the next 30 days, or get one free 2-topping pizza in the next 30 days. The pizza Iordered has more than 2 toppings. Their "make it right order offers" don't take into account delivery fees, taxes, or tips Ipaid either. Definitely done with this Domino's and will try a different pizza joint next time too. Read more

Ordered stuffed cheesy bread with side of marinara sauce and an order of lava cake. Marinara sauce was missing, bread was cold,... and lava cake preparation and presentation was sloppy. I contacted the store to report this issue and came across to a veryunprofessional employee. When I mentioned it to him that lava cake I received was a deconstructed cake and he laughed and said?thats how lava cake is.? His laughter clearly indicated that he implied I am stupid for not knowing how lava cake should be. Healso indicated ?it is suppose to be syrupy inside and the condition I received my food is normal.? He took two chances to makeme feel stupid. He offered me to refund me the money for my lava cake but at this point I am not really looking forward to anyrefund after this unprofessional behavior. GREAT customer service! Not to mention by the time I received my food, bread wasalmost iced cold and to confirm, i picked up the order within 15 seconds of leaving it at my door. STANELEY IS AN AMAZING DELIVERY DRIVER! The lady who did my order was a ?telemarketer? call so I was already concerned. Then the... store didn?t receive that I ordered a 2 liter coke I called and asked why, the guy who answered the phone was completely rudeand told me that they had no ?lady working tonight? when i tried to explain it was a telemarketer that took my order he was soconfused??? anyways stanley is great and brought me my soda!
