Horrible experience! When I received my online order, the rice wasn't added, nor were the majority of my add-ons despite them... being clearly visible on the receipt attached to the bowl? After paying extra for the addons, what I received was a $16half-bowl of lettuce. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be sure to let my co-workers know to stop ordering from here, too! Read more

I love cava! There's never a bad experience there! The ingredients are always fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The options are... great for most dietary needs, including vegetarians, gluten free, Paleo, keto, low carb/low sugar. The food is amazing and thestaff are always friendly and very helpful. So the food here is usually pretty good. Usually pretty fresh. The only complaint I have is the customer service and the skimpy... servings of rice and greens. But I do love cava as a whole. I would love to see them try to be more flexible with the servings.I do frequent this location often. Read more
Love the food!!! Quick, healthy and very filling. They have fresh lemonade flavors and tea flavors to choose from as well to... go along with crushed ice! The restaurant is always very clean and the staff are friendly. Plenty of filling options forvegetarian bowls as well. The only thing that would make this better is if their bread was freshly made in store. Read more
The overall performance has lowered in the past few months. The key word is client first. One sometimes forgets.
