Slow service for very few cars in the drive through, gave my fiancé an ice coffee when we ordered a cold brew? a pretty simple... order for a Dunkin anywhere else that they managed to screw up. Edit: fiancé went inside so they could fix their order, a girlworking there today on a Monday called her annoying from the back and they gave her the right coffee after admitting they waterdown the coffee when it runs low. So idk I guess if you want watered down coffee for your money come to this Dunkin. Read more
This morning at 5:30am (not open) website says opens at 5:00 am. There was 2 employees there they served 1 car then ignored the... drive through not just me. there were 2 other cars in front of me. Not happy Read more
This Dunkin is the WORST one I've ever been to. It was 9:30 in the morning on Sat Oct 1st, young kids all working and the lines... were backed up for a long time, then the kid threw my change at me, yes he threw it at me, bc he wanted all the change for a tipand I wanted my change back, it was 80 cents and they all expect to be tipped for handing us a coffee.... the crazy thing is , Iam a big tipper everywhere i go, I give atleast 30% tip when i get good service, but to be expected at a Dunkin every time isgetting rediculous. Before the pandemic when we gave them the change, they appreciated it but now it is EXPECTED everywhere,and yes he threw the change at me. Its getting rediculous... Read more

Very very slow. Always takes a long time even though there's 2 cars in front of you. I've been here 4x since it's the only one... near me and each time takes a while so plan ahead so your not late to work. One morning 3 of them were outside smoking and oneperson inside so it really took a while then. Read more
I regret my decision every time I order from this location. Take your pick, wrong order, rude staff, longest drive thru wait for... such a small amount of cars in line. Thought to order ahead this morning with the mobile app thinking this would be the smartmove. Walked in 10 minutes after ordering and only THEN did someone grab the slip to start making our order. I had to leavewithout my order. I understand how busy those places can get, I?ve worked at a donut place when I was younger. But if mymanagement EVER saw a fraction of the way this place is run I know they would say it?s time for new management. Get yourselftogether you are giving this company a bad name. Read more
