Literally the worst service. Always out of fuel. Randomly closing all the time. Hours changing every other week.
Employees are always friendly and ALWAYS remember to ask if you want to use rewards. Very small town place where they know your... name when you walk in and have your cigarettes ready, because they know the kind you smoke. Love that hospitality. Read more
Very great people working behind the counter! I've had 2 different instances where we have called the deli almost an hour before... closing time and the worker in the kitchen had said they had already turned off the oven and was no longer making pizzas for therest of the work day stating that she leaves at 5:00pm even though we had called at 4:10 p.m.... tried the next day with thesame results... I Would love to not have to drive to Willard to get a pizza. Otherwise the customer service is friendly. Read more
This place has gone downhill recently. It?s dirty and the drink cooler was half empty. The workers all seem like they hate being... there and the store manager is worthless. Don?t recommend at all. Read more
The older man who works overnight is extremely rude and slow. Went in early to get gas and some snacks for work and he... completely ignored me. He spent 15 minutes in the booze freezer just stocking very slow while I waited to pay. I went into thefreezer a few times and eventually just left my stuff on the counter and waited for a different gas station to open (had todrive to Lamar for work that day) Not the first time a cashier has been too busy to come help check out a line of peopleeither. I wish this place was still zippy mart.... I don't know what happened to zippy mart but now it's eagle stop. The food is now... horrible and most of the employees are extremely rude and stuck up. The chicken strips are bland and have no flavor, the pizzais tiny and tastes like something my 8 year old tried to make. I don't know why they advertise other foods when they refuse tomake them. Gas takes forever to pump. Avoid this place if you have anywhere else to go. Update: I bought Hershey chocolatepies for me, my wife, and my daughter. One had mold on it and one was stale... I have pictures and the receipt when I bought itabout 6 hours ago. This place is just getting worse and worse... I wish zippy mart was still here... Read more
I just simply called to find out what the fuel price was because I'm heading that way from Springfield and I thought I would get... gas in my local town and they hung up the phone. That's good customer service. Read more
