Coffee is real good Doughnuts are Descent.service was on point.
Let me just say this?. Starbucks doesn?t charge a dollar for a cup of clean purified ice water but this place will charge you... for their nasty tap water that taste like it came from a sewage container. The service and food were lacking as well. Went inwith high expectations but should have gone across the street for much better service and food. Read more
Went through the drive through, was told that the system is down and I would have to walk in. I parked, unbuckled the kids and... walked them in only to find out they have no donuts. They should have said that when they told me to walk in. It was a hugewaste of my time. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. There are 4 restaurants in this buildingand all of them had a long line, but Dunkin was empty. They are losing a lot of customers. I know that I won?t be back. It isnot worth your time. We stopped here for Donuts and a Banana Split. We were informed they DID NOT have any donuts left...and after reading the... reviews it seems this is a regular thing at this location..so be mindful that if you really want donuts you should call andcheck ahead. Also we didn't stop here late..it was about 3pm..no reason to be out of donuts that early. As for the Banana Splitwe were told they don't make them at that location..which was odd. For anyone wondering how the location is off, it?s actually located right next to Hampton Inn by Hilton i.e., alongside Jamba... Juice and behind Shell. If in doubt, have the Dunkin? app with you since it has the accurate location; ordering ahead isn?taffected by the wrong location on Google Maps. The BLKFRI?CYBERMON weekend at Dunkin?s with my family was great! Was told theydidn?t have the donuts I wanted, but that was hardly a drawback since staff was ready to let me choose their current selections,and had things realigned for my order rather quickly. As Dunkin? shared space with Baskin?Robbins, the wait can be a littlelonger for larger orders, and pick?up area can be confused with Baskin?Robbins register. Other than that, everything else iseasy?breezy. If you?re a Dunkin? person, you?ll benefit most from ordering ahead with the app. Bonus? The view is spectacularduring Thanksgiving?Christmas season.
