We stopped in this morning traveling thru Cali from Florida and we were greeted by Soraya. Wow, she had excellent customer... service with a smile even though she had a mask on. I could just tell. We?ve been traveling for almost 8 years now for my careeras a traveling RN and it?s not often we receive service like she provided. She is a great example of how to provide 100%customer satisfaction. The employees are rude. They are very limited on food options and we can?t use the mobile app nor other coupons. Decided to get... the whopper, and I literally had to throw it out because it seemed to dry that even the bread was falling apart. Read more
Well I try to refrain for negative experiences. We come down on Sunday?s and eat at one of the many at Tejon outlets. This is... absolutely the last time I eat here. Not only they don?t have the Texas double combo the food is horrible here. I ordered at thedrive through. Got to the window they got the order wrong and had to repeat it. She got it right. When I got the order it waswrong. Not only that the burger was not good. Fries were right which is normal. Not going to spend another dime at this place.Go across the freeway to in and out and get a better burger. Read more
Conflicted, the food was fresh and delicious, but we had to wait over 20 minutes to get it, not really fast food at that point.... From the point of entering the drive through at 8:18 p.m. to the recieving the food at 8:46 p.m., I kept holding out for hopethat the dine in was busy, but it was pretty much empty. Read more
