Wish they had zero stars? coming back from L.A my daughter wanted some baskin robbins.. went to the drive thru.. stayed there... waiting to order only to be told that their drive thru was closed after 5mins? then went inside to order? the Person workingthere said they don?t make what we requested off the menu. Got a waffle cone that was stale and had lint in it, not on it. Like the lint was baked in, I found it when I took a bite. So... gross. Read more

They had 6 flavors and were unapologetic about it

What a waste. Can I give zero Stars? Ordered decaf and regular coffee, and two breakfast sandwiches, and two Donuts. The first... song on the breakfast sandwiches were way overdone, almost burnt. We were given two regular coffees not one decaf and onecoffee. Excuse? We didn't have any decaf. Had to wait for them to make the decaf Dwyane Wade discovered this in the parking lotand had to waste more time going back in. Do not eat at the Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin Donuts.
