Kid with brown hair and acne that is being paid more than either of my parents were paid when I was growing up a long... time ago fails to tell me as I am ordering that they are out of both onions and tomatoes. I ordered extra of both. I don't wanta sandwich that has no tomatoes and no onions. I inspected my sandwich when it was handed to me and it had no onions, notomatoes. I said, "where are my tomatoes and onions?" "We ran out," he replied, "there is a shortage." "Why could you nottell me this when I was ordering?" I asked. "I take the orders and I do not make the sandwiches. I don't know when we run outof things." 0 STARS. F. Also, yesterday we ordered from here and considered that it was an honest mistake, but not twice in arow. I feel about this restaurant the same way I feel about the Rockies pitching staff. Read more

Terrible place. Everytime i have tried to go there, they are always closing at least an hour before they say they are online.... Past experience was the manager yelling at my wife and I at the drive thru after rolling through and asking why they wereclosed. Read more

Wendy's is our favorite fast food restaurant, but the experience today has soured that preference. We went through the... drive-through and ordered for my daughter a "double burger, no bun, patties only, no cheese" (she's gluten & dairy intolerant). I even clarified/confirmed the order with the person taking the order. There was no confusion on his part; he fully understoodand the order was displayed properly. Once we got the bag and departed, we checked my daughter's order. Well, they gave us anormal double CHEESE burger. Well, no big deal, just a little inconvenient to have to go inside and get the order corrected. Iwent to the counter and explained the situation. The person attending seemed confused and another lady, who was the manager(confirmed with this first employee later) sort of listened to the issue. However, it was very clear that she did not want tobe bothered with this situation; her attitude was as clear as the cheese on a burger. There was no apology, no ownership of theissue, and the attitude persisted. She did get us the correct order, but wow, with an extra helping of attitude -- which we didnot order. This was a great lesson for my kids, who said, "she did not own it". Had the manager simply said, "we're sorry andwill take care of it", I might be writing a positive review. I sincerely hope the general manager or owner reads this reviewand uses this as a teaching opportunity for that manager, who clearly needs to find another job -- one with which that she findssatisfaction. Came in a couple times to this location and it seems like it's gone downhill recently. The fries were pretty cold and had some... super burned bits and the spicy nuggets were inconsistent- some were atomic and others were bland. Staff was friendly though. Read more
