Food was hot but messed the order up. I went inside to avoid the SLOW long drive thru line. Lobby was filthy, and upon ordering... food from the counter, the kitchen floor was a mess with fries and food all over the floor and trash over filled falling out onto the floor! Absolutely terrible! I paid 34 dollars worth of food. I got none of it. When I went back around they said because I didn't have... a receipt I couldn't get my real order. They never gave me a receipt. Super upset! Never going back. Read more

SO SLOW: This is one of the most inefficiently managed Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. It?s clear the owner of this business is... complacent with the revenue it brings in and isn?t concerned with customer satisfaction. Food meets expectations but it couldpotentially be faster to farm your own chickens, process them, bread them, deep fry , and eat at home rather than wait in thedrive-thru for service. Don?t go here unless you?re planning for tomorrow?s dinner. 3 cars drove out of line and left becauseit was so slow. And this isn?t just tonight, it happens every night I?ve ever been. It takes a lot for me to feel compelled towrite a review. This is terrible ownership. Read more

Accidentally bought a showing for the wrong theatre. Brennan was quick to resolve the issue with attention, speed, and grace. He... was able to get me into the movie I wanted at this location. He made my night! Goes to show how efficient he is with hiscustomer service. Definitely a cool place to come to. Read more

This location USE to be one of my favorites but now it's far from it... Tonight was the last straw with this location. Ordered... the daves single meal and the burgers were RAW. Another from my group who paid for the food called immediately and some ladynamed Rose (assuming it was a fake name based off the convo) turned out to be rude when asking for a replacement or refund -neither were provided, when asked her name, she hung up. So i called and got the fake name, Rose. Assuming, not positive. It isVERY clear and known that all fast food chains are timing their employees per order but now it's being timed to the point thefood isn't even cooked is getting ridiculous! Ordered before and it was just the small things like no sauces when I paid forsauce, incorrect sauce - the point being is whoever is running that place, it shouldn't be running much longer. Or get a newteam, or stop timing the orders. COOK THE MEAT! Read more
