Absolutely ridiculous! I literally sat in the drive through line for 30 mins & had to wait longer to get out of the damn line... due to the staff informing me that they're only doing online orders. Fix your staffing. This is atrocious. If you're not takingthe drive through for actual orders there should be something posted. Not to mention this is the 2nd taco bell I've been tootonight & to have both situations end the same way. Do better. Read more
Mexican pizza is on the menu online, which I checked first. Go to the drive thru where I wait for maybe 15 minutes and get to... the big menu to place my order. Listed is Mexican pizza. So I order Mexican pizza. Guy says they've been sold out for 2 months. I said that it's on their menu, why hasn't it been taken off? Dude says, we've been making food not worrying about the menu.Tell me how this makes any sense? If this whole Mexican pizza thing is just a marketing ploy, which I suspect, then you've losta customer. I can make my own at home without waiting in line and dealing with snarky employees who can't be bothered to correcta menu item. Read more
Pretty brutal reviews recently? we had a great experience, got there around 11:30 and were promptly served our food. In and out... of drive thru in <5 mins. We gotta appreciate the ONLY late night food spot in Arvada! Read more
After sitting in line for 1/2 an hour, we were informed that we have to ?order pickup through the app? and they would not take... our order at the drive through. We then had to pull back into the parking lot, order 3 tacos, and sit again in the line for 3tacos for another half hour. Just don?t be open, or place a sign, if people need to order online. Long story short I made a mobile order at 5:05 and I did not leave the store with my food until 540. My order sat behind the... counter out of sight ready for about 20 minutes they never placed my order in the mobile order station. They never called myname other people got their food before I did and they order after I got there on the kiosk and when I was handed my food itwas cold and all they said was sorry didn?t realize it was ready.. I eat at this Taco Bell a lot and it is a consistent issue.I?m just tired of getting cold food every time I eat. Read more
