Placed my order online, to be picked up inside, since the drive thru has been crazy long lately. I go to pick up my order and... all the doors are locked so I still had to get in line and wait 20mins I tried calling and instead of saying anything they hungup on me then kept the phone off the hook so you just get a busy signal. I understand being short staffed can make thingsdifficult and take longer, but maybe if your customer service was a little better you'd have happier customers. And maybe takethe option to pick it up inside off the website. Not that I plan on having taco bell again any time soon, but next time I'lldefinitely drive further for better customer service. Why is this location even opened?! One car in the drive through at the speaker?10 minute wait. I park to go inside. No sign... on the door stating their lobby isn?t opened, the doors opened sightly and were tied shut with some sort of small rope orshoestring! The girl inside didn?t even look up or try to say anything to me. Just close this store already?it?s alwaysuseless!!! Had a bean burrito and taco tonight. Normally pretty good but tonight I am pretty sure someone emptied their cigarette ashes... into my taco. Had another person taste it and they could not even put it in their mouth because of the smell. Read more
Worst experience ever didn't get a receipt and all the tacos were badly made I would say pictures speak for themselves

They had a sign on their door that says ?sorry for the inconvenience, not open until 4PM? but at 5:00, the doors are still... locked. Not sure how I?m supposed to get my pickup order. I get that hiring is probably very difficult right now, but you?dthink a chain this big could support better communication. The drive thru is also consistently incredibly slow.
