Went in around 6pm, and the only gentleman working handled my 3 person order properly and diligently. He mentioned that people... had been rough towards him that night during our conversation. He was respectful, and handled himself wonderfully; makes me sadthat people hadn't appreciated such a strong worker. Will be coming back, many times. Read more

Terrible! I must have gotten week old bread. It was like a chewy crouton. The staff was not very pleasant either. He didn't... even care the I stood at an empty counter for over 5 minutes. Read more

My husband and I went to get subway tonight when we went over to Subway there were several other people in line in front of us... the girl that was working walked outside everybody turned around started crying and walked back into the back we all werestanding there for several minutes and we all decided to leave because she wasn?t coming out of the back this isn?t the firsttime this is happened to us when we?ve gone this is the third time the first time it happened she messed up everybody?s ordersthe second time it happened she just stayed in the back like she did this time this is ridiculous and needs to be addressed thegirl that was working has no customer service skills this is not appropriate she shouldn?t be working there if she can?t handlehaving to serve people without running to the back hiding until everybody leaves. We are absolutely disgusted with this customerservice and we will not be returning to the subway ever again. Read more

Stopped to get 4 footlong. There was no one around and a sign on the counter saying ring bell. The bell, as I found out after... looking for it unsuccessfully for a few minutes is in an awkward place on the case. Since I couldn't find the bell, I calledout hello a few times until a girl came out. She said " yelling doesn't work, that is why the is a bell." I told her I couldn'tfind the bell to which she replied, It's obviously right there ". In a very rude tone. Subway lost my business today. I hopeothers will follow my lead and let these big companies know we will not tolerate rudeness. Read more

Update: After 2 weeks of Subway saying they will refund our order, we have never received one. Again, don't go to this... Subway. Don't online order from this Subway. Everything states that they are open, they accept your order, charge your card,but then it is closed when you get there 5 minutes later. This is at 6 on a Thursday night. Again, the Subway website, the app,and Google maps state that it is open until 8. Read more

Horrible experience. Some staff is great, but one person specifically (woman with blonde hair/purple highlights) is extremely... rude for no reason at all. I have encountered her multiple times and she always makes me feel like an inconvenience to her. Read more

Tried to use the app in store #4734 but because the sandwiches were already made, the person working at 6:10 PM 5/14 rudely... replied "you couldn't do that". Poor customer service! I forgot this happened to me at another store, workers were forgivingthere. I will not be coming here again and will visit the other Subway on 64th. Bad experience at this Walmart Subway. We went to this location on 06 16 2019 at 5.04pm. We ordered 2 meat balls sandwiches. I went ahead and sat down. Bre she went... ahead and paid the bill. When she sat down and I asked her how much the bill was. She said 23.43. I said there a mistake . Sheput 3 meat ball sandwiche. When we only wanted 2. I went back to the counter and complain. The big blonde headed woman. Got veryaggressive and rude. And said we got you on camera getting 3 sandwiches. Yes that maybe. But we only wanted 2. She sounded meanand rude and said she wasn't getting a refund. I couldn't believe it. In the restaurant business. It's hard. You have to pleasethem in so many ways. The customer is always right. Unless I get rude and irritate. And ate the 3 sandwiches and ask for arefund. We left and went outside. It took alot of nerve. But went back inside and was very nice. And ask her one more time. Andshe said no and said she had already called her boss about what she felt what happened. Don't get me wrong. I love subway.Probably more than most. This is the first time I had an bad experience. I will never go back to that location. Unless they fireher. She's in the wrong business. Read more
