I think this is the worst Starbucks store I have ever been to. I am surprised this store is still operating given the very low... standards and many 1 star reviews here. Barista was rude and kinda aggressive. He didn't even say hello/ty and got my orderwrong. I asked for a Tall but got a Grande. They refused to change it. Never have we been treated so rude at a Starbucks ordered 7 vanilla bean Frappuccino with extra whip cream extra caramel the... first Thing he said was ?wow you couldn?t go to another Starbucks!? Very rude! then he did not put the caramel on thedrinks,like we first ordered So we mentioned that he did not put the caramel on the drinks he stated ?Well I did not charge uand if we wanted it on there Im going to have to charge u? so of course we said ?that?s fine? there was another customer behindus so he helped the customer that was behind us before he put the caramel on the drinks making us wait.. very rude,verydisrespectful,if he doesn?t like his job he shouldn?t be working here! I absolutely love Starbucks. Not only for the delicious coffee but the friendly service mostly. I am surprised that Starbucks... would even allow this location to promote it's brand. Every person that I have come into contact working here acts as if I aminconveniencing them with my order. It has gotten to the point where I just can't even order anything here because I feel badfor bothering them. I have grabbed a few items probably every other day at this King Soopers on my lunch break for years andenjoy having a coffee anytime I'm shopping. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time my husband and I go in to this location they are extremely rude,... barely any greeting or any sort of customer service. The guy making the drinks said nothing at all and looked irritated when hehad to get off the phone to make our order. We also had to correct him while he was making our drinks. We didn't even get athank you or have a nice day, he just set the drinks down and went back to being on his phone. Would give 0 stars if possible. Read more
I was surprised to find out that I was the first one to rate and review this Starbucks, and have it be a not so good experience.... Just came in with a family member that needed a few things from the grocery store, and coffee sounded real good at the time andI thought I would just sit and have a cup of coffee.. Every table in the place was dirty, food crumbs, trash and spilledbeverages (filthy). The guy behind the counter looked ike he just woke up or was about to fall asleep. I lost my appetite forcoffee and went and sat in the pharmacy. I guess Starbucks is too big to concern themselves with providing a clean andcomfortable place for its customers to relax and enjoy an evening cup of coffee, or the appearance of its employees.
