I ordered a iced Venti Apple crisp oat milk Macchiato. First they were out of oat milk. Which is totally ok. I waited 20mins in... line to get up to the window to be handed a grande hot macchiato. I told him oops I don?t think this is mine. So I explainedwhat I had. They took that drink and just poured it in a cup with ice. Which would be ok if I just ordered a plain macchiato. SoI said I?m so sorry I already paid and I paid for a venti apple crisp. And he got rude went back in and the Other lady who wasmaking the drinks was so rude she looked at me rolled her eyes and said something to him. He made me the drink finally andhanded to me and said here?s your drink I just added more ice and flavoring to make it a venti. What???? So rude. I didn?t doanything wrong to be treated like that. Ordered a hot chi Asked for no foam and extra hot. Heat was normal not extra hot and tons of foam and fill was very low. Was... at the drive up but I should have parked and gone inside for a redo but chose not too. Almost $6 for a drink and dont get whatyou ask for is rude and poor customer service. I even gave a tip. Done with Starbucks who is always raising prices and gettingpoor product on top of that. So sad Read more
This miniature Starbucks has a lot of staff and seems to do a tremendous drive thru business. Inside it is very peaceful with... just a few tables. There's also a very small outside patio with four tables, facing the parking lot and very busy WadsworthBoulevard. The staff was friendly and helpful and the case was fully stocked with a wide variety of snacks and sandwiches.Everything was very clean. My drink was prepared efficiently. The pleasant atmosphere was only marred by one employee who wasdoing absolutely nothing but annoying the rest of the staff in a very loud voice with a pointless story. I came here to relax,not to listen to a "nails on a chalkboard" voice spouting nonsense. Read more
