This store has been my go to for two years. I order an iced coffee with extra heavy cream and 10 pumps classic. They never put... that many pumps but I ask for that many because they never add any to my cup. Every time, I mean every time my coffee isawful. It?s never what I ordered. Today was the final straw, I asked for some liquid sweetener in a cup so they wouldn?t haveremake my entire coffee again. They weren?t happy. I kept going to this store in the hopes things would change but this makesthe 23 out of 25 times I had to wait to drink until I got home and sweetened it. It was obvious today while they were rude thatmy business isn?t needed at Starbucks so with a broken heart I will have to find another coffee shop. There?s another Starbucksfive minutes away on Kipling??.go to that one. Update?.decided to try this location again?.. shouldn?t have. I?ve tried to beloyal. It can?t be that hard to put cream and sweetener in a coffee. Apparently it?s harder than one might think, they didn?teven attempt to put any sweetener in my coffee. i really don't care to hear how bothered you people are by my going to the drive thru for my mobile order. every single time... I've visited this location as soon as i tell them at the drive thru speaker that i placed a mobile order the person i tell hassome sort of comment about it..... it happens every time without fail. i regularly hit Starbucks all over town, i only order inapp and pick up at drive thru.... THIS IS THEE ONLY LOCATION that has a problem with it. it's tacky and i don't care just makemy drink please & treat me like a customer. thanks Read more

Staff was great and the place was good for what I need: WiFi and coffee for a couple hours. However, the music was incredibly... loud and annoying would have liked to see it at a more reasonable volume. Also employees were smoking directly outside the maindoor which was somewhat unpleasant. I?m not a regular Starbucks costumer, and I?m visiting for the week. Did not appreciate going through the steps looking up their... service options on google last night just to suit up, walk across 4 lanes of snow covered traffic to find a sign on the doorthat the lobby is closed, but I can order through the app. Don?t have the app, and I?m certainly now going to stand outside for20 minutes to download in the freezing snow to sign up for a coffee thanks, but update your pages if you?re going to make a calllike that to prioritize drive through customers Read more
Update... Very friendly awesome Starbucks in and out quick. Fantastic service. I can tell the Starbucks has a fantastic... manager.. Good job!!! Alright friendly people fast good service and they have the Nitro infusion here, you got to give it atry. The Barista spoke with suggested adding vanilla cream to the Nitro infusion. Read more
