Hello I was very disappointed on how my order from doordash was handled by the workers at Sonic. I placed a delivery order... through doordash. Many people went to pick my order up.Along with me calling many times. Till I was informed by the one of thedasher that they hadn't even made or Processed my order. Told them I have to reorder it.Even though I paid for it. I wasrefunded only after reaching out to support. If I hadn't they can only refund you the Delivery charges. So you won't be able toget your money back. Most upsetting part is that I called many times they never answered the phone. Read more

Had a mobile order and checked into the stall. Sat there for 45 minutes as I watched some of the kids that worked there come out... back and shotgun what appeared to be a Red Bull. Afterwards I hit the call button and was told to get out and come up to thewindow. I went through the drive to get my order which had been sitting there. I asked if they got the order and they said yesbut they don?t come out after dark even though the parking lot is well lit. I ordered there twisted pretzel with cheese and it was amazing ???? the food came fast and the service was great, I did also get... a shake and the quality was not the best and had alot of strawberry chucks, this is very rare for this location. 4/5 wouldrecommend Read more

I usually have good service at this Sonic. Yes, sometimes there is a wait to get my order but that's expected at any fast food... place and the employees are usually apologetic. However, today I was in the drive thru and the girl taking my order was speakingso low that I could hardly hear her. I also couldn't see the screen due to the sun hitting it. I assumed the order was correctas I had only ordered 3 items. After placing my order I waited behind a car in front of me. They seemed to be having an issuewith their order. At one point I saw the individual remove the lid off of his drink and said it had no ice cream. The drink wastaken and he was handed one back. Well I pull up to get my order and pay. She told me my total but again I couldn't really hearand just handed her my card. She handed me one drink and my card and receipt then gave me my second item and closed the window.I waited a few seconds assuming I would get my third item but I didn't. Read my receipt and there were only two items. I waitedfor her to open the window again and let her know I actually asked for another drink. She seemed irritated, rolled her eyes atme, and turned around to make my drink. I had pulled out my card thinking I'd have to pay but she handed me the drink withoutsaying a word so I took it and drove off. After I was out of the parking lot we realized the drinks which should've been thesame looked quite different. I pulled over to pop the lids off and noticed the first drink I was handed was indeed a differentflavor but also looked as if a straw had already been through the Iid. I'm almost positive she handed me the drink from thecustomer that was in front of us. I did go back and was given the correct drink from a helpful employee. Read more

I cannot believe this! A giant hair in my burger. Please do not ever patronize. The hair was so long and wrapped up in the... burger that it looks intentional. I actually bit into it and pulled the hair out. I am so disgusted. Read more

They really don't have any business here and I can see why, it took incredibly long to get my food and they changed the... ingredients on the major menu items. The pickles are now completely different and make the burgers taste terrible, no moreclassic drive thru taste. The tots and fries are bland and right on the edge of being raw still. The drinks are still great andthe employees still put a mint in the bag, so it still has that great route 44 (66) feel but I was very unhappy with my food,favors were not the same, ingredients were sparse, presentation was sloppy on burgers, wait time was very long.. Short and sweet of it?. Staff didn?t know route 44 sized cups, was trying to give larges. Once that was corrected the drinks... came with the wrong flavors anyways. When brought to the attendants attention her response was ?well that?s not what she heard??ok but that?s still not what was on the receipt or what was ordered. Read more
