I can understand having to wait in the morning for the lunch menu because of my limited schedule. But when I wait 30 mins for... the menu to change to lunch and then after 5 another mins of waiting and watching the menu and the self service kiosk changeover I get cashier's who lie to my face and tell me to go sit down and wait another 10 mins for only an order of fries.Absolutely ridiculous. I'm officially done with this location. Multiple times the order is messed up. The fries are always cold. I order a burger with... no pickles and I get one with 8 pickles. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. I got a bun, mayonnaise, lettuce,and cheese. Where is my chicken? I didn't order the mayonnaise bun with cheese, I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese.Straight to the trash bin it goes. Read more

Alright enough is enough with this place. I used to love eating here because it was fast and affordable. During the week here in... the mornings the crew is always on point, friendly, fast, polite, and sober. After driving back to my house I discovered itemswere missing. I don't need to say how frustrating this is. Because items were missing and the questionable attitude I went backand requested a refund. If items were forgotten then I'll question quality as well. It's not worth getting sick. The guy asked"What was wrong" and I stated "You forgot items". He then rolled his eyes and shouted at the top of his lungs to someone in thekitchen. Didn't offer an apology, didn't offer to make it right, just wanted me to go away is the vibe I got. I also recognizedthis individual from another location I visited for lunch and had nearly the exact same experience. 58th and Washington in caseyou're wondering. Seems to me you have a bad apple. I still didn't get the correct refund because whoever was actually managingthe establishment couldn't be bothered to come help and instead tried to bark directions from the kitchen. So point being now isI will no longer be eating at any McDonald's in the Denver area because of multiple poor experiences. Read more
The night time male manager doesn?t like being told he was wrong and will hold a grudge as long as he remembers, never had... problems with his night staff or the day shift just him. Tonight he peeked his head out the window to confirm it was us and thenhad a cook hand us our food immediate red flag! Our McDouble was flattened as if it was stepped on and only came with two dropsof ketchup and cheese nothing else, didn?t know I ordered an only ketchup smash burger?
