I have been to this McDonald's for many years, about once every couple of months. This location is by far the cleanest,... consistent with filling orders, polite and positive staff, and always trying to make customers their priority. No McDonald's isperfect, but this location definitely tries to be. Ask for ketchup or don't be upset when they don't add it to your order asthis is policy for all locations. Read more
Im local and visit this McDonald's often. The service is constantly improving. The food is always good, fresh and hot. The staff... were very rude, young teens but over the months they have hired new employees and the manners are impeccable! I was soimpressed with the cashier who delivered my meal to my table, her manners made the entire experience a pleasant one. I had toleave a new review! Also the play place is open and always clean. I like this McDonald's! It's never really to busy and if there is a wait it's usually because they are making my food fresh. I... love using the McDonald's app. It helps with getting great deals on food and earning free food through points. The app alsomakes checking out through drive through easier by already having your order in the system. Read more
I've given this place many chances they mess up my food constantly matter of fact they haven't got my order right when I order a... custom Burger like lettuce tomato and onions only with bacon and no cheese. I draw the line today I will never go back. Lasttime I was there they gave me a tomato that still had the core in it today they gave me a hot and spicy McChicken that had beenmade probably for 15 minutes before I got there at least the lettuce is brown and nasty and theres white moisture spots on thechicken patty that doesn't happen if they put it on the bun and put mayonnaise on it and get it to you within a minute. Oh andyou know how many times did they tried to fix their mistakes and offered me food or an apology one time I got an apology now isafter the third time I had to go back. Don't go to this McDonald's (58th between kipling and independence) at breakfast, lunch or dinner time. They ALWAYS make you... park, ALWAYS mess up your food and then don't give you a reciept to complain. Today I ordered 2 regular sized crispy chickenDeluxe meals, they charged me $18.98 and then gave me a piece of chicken between two buns with sauce. That's it! No lettuce, notomato nothing! No receipt to return or exchange me food. I should have known better then to go back to this horrible McDonalds.The last time when I called to tell them about my messed up order, the I assumed manager (man with strong indian? accent) hungup on me repeditly. I actually got a receipt this time and turn in my complaint and never heard back. I guess customer serviceand bad employees is becoming a trend at this location! Read more
McDonalds has really taken the no service idea to a whole new level. They have automated kiosks where you can order your entire... meal without speaking to a single person. Hopefully, you don't actually want to talk to someone for any reason, they are all inthe back ignoring any customers in the front. Sub par food, that is overly expensive. One silver lining to McDonald's their $1large coke. Best tasting coke you can get. Save your money for one of the other burger chains. Read more
