All Meat Pizza was good. Marco's uses larger chucks of Toppings than most pizza joints. I like that. Their original crust bakes... up too thick for me. I'll order the thin crust next time. Read more
Good old fashioned pizza for lunch order online ahead of time saves you from waiting
Ordered at 5:05pm, after gave patment was told it would be 75 min. I said I could come pick it up to avoid 75 min wait but was... told they couldnt change it. It is 6:38pm, over 90 minutes later. I just got off the phone 5 minutes ago with Marcos Pizza tocheck on status. I was told the delivery person left 10 minutes ago. I live in the neighborhood, in walking distance. Lasttime I ordered from here the pizza was cold, skimpy on toping & the slices were not cut even close to equal sizes. Not normallyan issue but I had young kids over... the slices not being the same size was a talking point for sure (along the lines of "whogot the bigger piece"). I have lived in neighborhood for 10+ years. This location inside (cluttered) & for delivery have gonedownhill. This location has gone down hill the last few years, to the point many times I have gone to the Marcos on 88th &Wadsworth because of better timing and service. Read more
Wow, what happened Marcos? I went to our neighborhood Marco's today to grab a pizza I ordered online. When I ordered and paid... online I was asked if I wanted to tip, which I gladly did. I wish I hadn't. Upon entering the Five Parks Marco's, I wentdirectly to the counter to pick up my order. Although three employees were there, not one of them acknowledged me. One was inthe lobby building and stacking pizza boxes while the other two chatted with each other in the kitchen prep area; one of themputting chicken tenders on a pan and into the oven. It was another few minutes before one of the kitchen prep employees walkedto the counter and in the rudest and uncaring tone asked what he could help me with. I asked for my online order, gave my name,he found my ticket, and shoved it to me asking for my signature. I signed, he gave me my pizza, not even a thank you from him.Are you kidding me? As an owner of a small business with employees who interact with customers, I know how these employeesshould have responded upon my arrival into their establishment. Perhaps they dislike their job. In a job market like this, gofind another one then. Hopefully whomever the new owner is will see this and talk with their crew. Their behavior wasunacceptable. Read more
