The food was good but i think there was only one waiter on duty. We waited quite a while for our drinks and the taste was ruined... due to the ice. We had to ask multiple times for our check. I think next time I'll try a different location. Read more

I had ordered a dinner over the phone. When I arrived to pay for the meal I payed with cash. The cashier "went" to find change?... When she returned she had "found" enough bills but no change? She said we do not have any change for you, she said that's it,short roughly 60 cents? The money was not the issue it was the fact there was no apology, just an attitude of "oh well". Iresponded that this is not ok, I want to speak to a manager. The manager had stepped out and not available?? I got home, calledand spoke to manager to whom I suggested they post a sign saying that we do not carry cash or change. He responded that if theyposted that, that he would have to post signs for everything, no apology??? Love the food but the hired help leaves a LOT to bedesired, terrible customer service!! Read more
My daughter ordered take out for me and my grandkids. I had a smothered carnitas with steak burrito. There was no steak included... and the carnitas was stringy, tough and lacking seasoning. I can usually get 2-3 meals from takeout. I am stopping at one thistime. Will not order again. Read more
Their breakfast burritos are seriously the bomb.... however, I think they used all their delicious abilities on the burritos... because their enchiladas kinda suck... still 5 stars for awesome burritos and great customer service! Read more
Not only was my order not correct and I had to go back to retrieve the other half of it....but the salsa that I purchased was... rotten! As you could see in the pictures within a short amount of time the lids were about ready to explode! Do not waste yourtime or your money going here Read more
Supporting a local Mexican restaurant. Menu is as huge as cheesecake factory that you can find anything you can possibly crave.... Including seafood options. I got enchiladas rancheras, which had two eggs on top. 4 stars because salsa served with chips wasonly okay, and not flavorful. Will still return again for the giant menu options! Read more
Ordered the Monterey burrito in drive through first time customer. Below the burrito description on the menu it says a reduced... price before 3pm approx $4 less and it was 2:45. When I was given my total it was rung up at $16. I asked to see the menu so Icould clarify the price. Although they offer the burrito at both prices they do not offer lunch "specials" on certaindays. Instead of realizing the mistake is very clearly on them for having a poorly written menu they refused to give the pre3pm price, did not acknowledge the menu was written terribly and I drove away and went somewhere else. Prices on menu are waytoo expensive anyways. Read more
