Waited an hour and a half for a large gargantuan sandwich, repeatedly told the driver was 5 min away. Driver brings wrong... sandwich (half the size I ordered) l. Great sandwiches and great service. Never had a bad sandwich here, and the workers are always very pleasant. Only negative is... delivery can take a while, but I often just eat in and never have to wait longer than about 5 minutes. Read more

I got a Club Tuna and there was so little tuna on the sandwich that you couldn't see it present in each bite like you can when... you order roast beef or turkey. It tasted like a lettuce and tomato sandwich with mayo to be honest. Will not return to orrecommend Jimmy John's after this Club Tuna experience. Worst tuna salad sandwich I've ever had anywhere. I hadn't ordered from here for about a year as it would take about 40 minutes for you to deliver 2 miles away. Thought I'd give... your "freaky fast" delivery another try. I was rewarded with a one hour plus wait for my food. Something is broken at thislocation, your reviews reflect that. I won't order from you again. Read more
Ordered three number nines. One of the number nines could not have tomatoes due to a food allergy. Daniel, Kai, Nathan were... careful not to get any tomatoes or tomato juice on any of their sandwich. I am thankful for their special caution and fortheir excellent customer service. Read more
Ordered 3 subs. All wrong. Asked for subs cut in half- didn't happen. Asked for those extra peppers on #9 (all 3 subs)-didn't... happen. Too icy outside to read orders. 2 stars, I haven't found the spit in my food yet. Read more
The year is 2022. A regular sub and most menu items total $10+ dollars, inflation is at almost 8% and in this dystopian reality... we live in if you try to order food that totals 1/5 the bill you are trying to use to pay, the poorly managed restaurant willnot have enough change in the drawer on open and they will not offer to make change. Instead I don't get my sub and you don'tget my business. This is ridiculous and needs to stop. It's a $50 not a $100. Read more
