Very friendly staff. I can enjoy cupcakes and bagels that taste good. This store bakes everything fresh, without using the most... common allergans. I can't have wheat or eggs. If you go, you have to try the grahm cracker they are to die for. Yiu will not besorry. Read more
Amazing gluten-free and vegan products!!! I recently purchased several items including their hamburger buns, cookie doughs,... english muffins, croissants, & everything bagels. Fair warning their croissants and bagels are not true to a ?traditional?croissant or bagel. I would consider them more of a dinner roll/ mini bread loaf but they are still absolutely delicious. All ofthe bread items I have tried so far are fluffy and they have an elasticity to them that is extremely difficult to find inproducts that don?t contain gluten. They are not dry or crumbly and they don?t fall apart like a lot of gluten-free products outthere. I am so excited to have discovered this bakery and I can?t wait to try more of their products! Came into Gluten Free Things, Inc. and was pleasantly... surprised to see that they not only have gluten free items, but dairy, egg, soy, corn, and nut!
