I cannot rave enough about our experience today at Fazoli?s this evening. From the greeting when we walked in to the smiles when... we left it was a wonderful dining experience. Cassandra was an absolutely wonderful host and made our experience one I won?tforget. Most fast casual restaurants and staff don?t go out of their way to make their guests dining experience great, this wasnot the case tonight. The energy of the whole staff was positive and upbeat. The dining room was spotless. Cassandra is a truegem and she really showed me how a good attitude and kindness radiates to others. Came in tonight with my family for a birthday dinner a little late. The staff was amazing; got everything correct and was super... efficient and polite. Special shout out to Mac. He spoke with edicate as a gentleman and was more accommodating to foodallergies than ANY restaurant I've ever been to in 24 years. This man should be top dawg or in line for promotion.
