We went in hoping to find some European malt or barley drinks to replace our morning coffees but this small store did not have... any. There is also a language barrier so we couldn't really ask for help, but not going to ding them on that since diversity isgood. We did buy some snacks and other goodies that we've never tried before, even with their limited selection of products. Overall we like supporting local and small businesses so we may be back in there when passing through the area, just couldn'tfind anything there we can't live without. Read more

What a gem!! I found items here which I enjoyed as a child in Germany which I haven?t been able to find in the U.S. To say I was... pleased is an understatement! This shop is compact but filled to the brim with goodies. The German rye bread and Jagdwurst weredelicious, and the lovely ladies running the shop were kind and efficient. I will definitely be going here often! Read more

Great place in Arvada to get some European foods including varieties of sausages, sweet treats. It's right behind the great... European restaurants Golden European so might missed from Worthwards Blvd. You can access the store from W. 66th Ave. Or theturn just to the north of the Golden European. Read more

Just picked up some kie?basa, kiszka, and kabanosy for a weekend party. It's a compact shop but they have lots of products... including Kosciusko mustards. I think some other reviews don't understand that most specialty grocery stores have narrow aisles.I figure a good indicator of how good the place is that there was a line for the meat counter in the middle of the day. They have good sausage here and other meats, but unfortunately they are very unwelcoming. It could be the difference in culture,... but I've had this experience at other places where I've gone to get kielbasa. They are very cold and unfriendly, to the pointwhere I am afraid to ask any questions. Of their sausage selection, I asked which was kielbasa. The woman looked away like Iasked a stupid question and said it's all kielbasa. Rather than explain or educate me, she gave me a look like I should knowbetter. A little bit of guidance from her would probably have resulted in me buying more of their meats. This was my third timehere. Next time I go in I won't say a word. I will point to the sausage, pay, and walk-out. I feel intimidated when i walk intothe place like I am a foreigner walking into a place where I have no business being. There is a place in Pueblo that has greatkielbasa and other meats and they are always busy, but very friendly. Sad, that I would rather make a 100 mile drive to Pueblothan to support my own, local market that has the same things. Read more
