I walked to this location from my apartment, hoping to have somewhere to sit down and enjoy breakfast as the movers have not yet... arrived with furniture and I got sick of eating on my floor. Unfortunately for some reason this place has removed all of theirindoor seating?I?m assuming it?s covid related but literally nowhere else I have been to is still doing this. It?s 2.5 yearsinto the pandemic - unless every dining institution is removing seating, I think it?s a bit futile to try to ?stop the spread?by only allowing takeaway. And if employees are required to wear masks, they need to wear them properly. Leaving their noses outor wearing them as chin straps does nothing but make them look ridiculous. The bagels are good, and so is the service, but I?mnot going back. Probably losing a lot of business for no reason. People can make their own decisions at this point if they wantto eat inside or not. It is October 2022 and it feels like I walked into the pandemic again. No seating and all the employees are masked. Kind of. ... Lots of noses sticking out because no one cares anymore. I don't blame the employees. Einstein's website states they arefollowing local guidelines closely, but it seems they are quite behind. It is terrible to force mask wearing to employees. Itactually seems cruel at this point. Let those who want to wear masks wear them. Let those who don't want to wear them have achoice. Bring back seating as well. I enjoy not eating in my car. im begging for you to add notes on order tickets of which bagels get toasted and which don?t. i consistently have a problem of... asking for one bagel toasted and one not, and then my order being wrong because either both have been toasted or neither. i loveyour bagels but i shouldn?t have to like?stand over the worker?s shoulder to remind them what my order is, it should just be inyour system???? Update: Added a star because the second time I ate here it was all good. Last one may have just been a fluke! ----- They got it... to me fast but this is maybe the funniest bagel I've ever seen. It's hard to photograph to show the enormous air bubbles thatmakes it look like half the bread was scooped out. I'm ok with Einstein bros bagels not being as dense as traditional ones butespecially when it's 3$ for a plain bagel, actually sending this out and not discounting it is making me laugh. Dunno theworking conditions at this store but hang in there guys. Read more
These guys are hilarious. They covered the card machine just right so you have to select a tip amount. You know the service must... be subpar if tips are required and not just requested? ??????????????? Read more
Awful. There's no place to sit. You have to just hope there is a not-disgusting open table outside the store which is really... rare. ???? Please go spend money at a local breakfast spot instead. 5 bagels shouldn't cost 40 bucks, especially when you haveto go eat in them in your car. Read more
After ordering, getting coffee and eating, the guy tells me the lobby is closed. I was in an online meeting. He said there is... a Starbucks nextdoor...that isn't helpful when I've already ordered wasted my money for an establishment that isbt evenoperating 100%...so everyone, go to Starbucks for similar food and better coffee.
