I have come here three times now for coffee and my experience has been exceptional! The young ladies who are running the... register and taking orders are phenomenal! Every time I?ve gone I have had Katarina at some point through the order and She isabsolutely great! She is kind courteous efficient and amazing at her job just like the rest of the team! Shout out and kudos tothis Dutch bro and their management team because they?re doing something right to have such a happy and wonderful team belowthem! I was sooo exited when this location opened on 80th and Sheridan, I always ask for same in any drink I get and ask for no ice, I... always get a full cup and as you can see the line that?s where it filled with whip cream..usually the whip cream is hitting thetop. Edit: After going to Dutch Bros customer service with this below issues, they went out of the way to make it right. They also... sent my feedback to this location. I have gone back to this location twice now. Everyone has been so friendly. Making sure theyknow what I want, and takes the time to make sure it?s right. Everything seems to be running smoothly now. I would like tothank y?all for taking your time to hear my experience. With all this said I am changing the stars from 1 to 5 stars. Y?alltruly are the best coffee shop around. Y?all truly do go above & beyond to make sure everyone get what they want and leavestruly happy. Thank y?all again If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this location since opening day.It?s never been a Pleasant experience. The lack of training is a joke. Everyone is so rude, doesn?t know the menu, they run outof basic items like SUGAR, the wait in the drive through line is absolutely ridiculous. I go everyday. My drink has NEVER beenmade right. Today was sticker day & they didn?t want to hand out stickers or scan my app. I spent over $20 today. I will bedriving all the way back to Lakewood to my Dutch Bros 20 minutes away from now on. Been in line for 20+ minutes and counting.With no communion the wait. Cars behind us were being served before those in the... front. One employee was hanging out the window talking to what seemed to be a friend for over 10 minutes. Management needs todo a lot more training and revision of the cameras. I definitely won?t be returning to this location. Everyone should havegotten their drink for free. At this rate you can?t even complain if the drink is not made correctly because you will be in linefor over an hour. Read more
First time at this location, I was a little nervous at first because it?s a new location & so I considered most of the baristas... could be new, but let me tell you my drink was ON POINT???????? As guy who don't drink coffee, I wanted to see if this Dutch Bro offer something else. It's offer simple but tasty smoothies. I... tried strawberry smoothies. It's have natural strawberry favor with nice breezes cold. It's also offer tea, energy drink,lemonade and ice cream shake. No Soda. I would come again for shake and smoothies. I haven't had Dutch Brothers since I was in Colorado Springs at the end of 2019. So delicious! You can imagine my excitement... when I discover the building next door to my favorite Taco Bell is Dutch Brothers. Update: 2 stars to 3 stars. Dutch Bros handled this pretty well from a corporate side. Hopefully this won't happen again, but... mistakes happen. Previous: Got a dragon slayer rebel and didn't noticed there was a wasp in my drink until I finished it (darkdrink at night - not so easy to notice until I got home and finished it in the light). My guess - it was in the ice bin andwhoever poured my drink didn't notice either. Gave it 2 stars because the guys were really nice. But I'm definitely not comingback to this location. Read more
