Found this gem on the last morning of our CO vacation. I was so disappointed that they weren't the first coffee shop we had... visited as I have obsessed over when we can go back ever since. The service was amazing and the coffee was absolutely perfect. Inormally don't get a treat with my coffee but their case filled with The Fox and The Raven pastries looked ready for an elegantfoodie magazine photo shoot... I couldn't resist! I went with an apricot scone, my husband had a gorgeous lemon bar. Both werealmost too beautiful to eat, and even more delicious than they looked. Try them, you will not be disappointed! Read more
Excellent coffee, skilled baristas and a clean modern coffee shop aesthetic. The espresso was delightful and served along side a... bit of sparkling water. They also offered several different blends for their espresso. The house drip brew was very nice aswell. Flavors changed as the cup cooled, opening up a new profile every sip. I already rated Corvus as one of the top 5 roasters/shops in Denver and I came to check out this new location because of a... Groupon. One of the largest, inviting and well designed spaces matched with incredible coffee. You're going to pay more but it'sworth it! Read more
Love that this local coffee roaster found it's way to Arvada. The selection of coffee is always a treat and I never get the same... thing twice. My girlfriend loves their oat milk vanilla lattes. The pastries are on full display and do not disappoint. TheMonkey bread so far is my favorite. Great coffee and pastries. The staff at Corvus also are a treat. Friendly andknowledgeable! Read more

Corvus is one of those coffee shops that takes the quality of their drinks and food to the next level. I was thrilled to see... Corvus come into our neighborhood as they make homemade flavorings and oat milk, have specialized blends of coffee, and ofcourse hold a solid selection of delicious baked goods that are irresistible. The coffee shop itself is well decorated andcomfortable, with lots of places to sit with friends or spend a day working remotely. An outdoor deck also gives space for thosewith furry friends and/or like to bask in the sun. The employees were professional, courteous, and committed at opening day! Relaxing modern vibes with a variety of seating options. The espresso was good but not memorable. Some of the seating is a bit... awkward and could be rearranged. I like the communal feeling but a couple more individual tables would be a welcome replacementfor one of the large, family-style tables. It loses stars because it?s prices are above comparable market price, even for otherniche roasters or coffee shops within a short drive. $8.10 for a 16 oz latte with oat milk is not acceptable to me when I canget similar from other shops in the area for $6 or less.
