I feel like I have to write this review because it has gotten bad at this location, and believe me I have given plenty of... chances. I used to come here every week on my way to work, but I now drive 20 min out of the way because I have been repeatedlyfrustrated/ disappointed. Each time I come it feels like the portions get smaller and the quality is less. The meat isovercooked and dry and the amount of food is dismal. I watch each of the employees give half scoops of meat, literally go out oftheir way to dump meat off the portioned out spoon and with every other topping you have to beg for a normal portion. I used tobe able to make 2 meals out of a bowl and now its barely 1. They also raised prices, so in my opinion, it seems bad business toraise prices and decrease portions. I also get a side of guacamole instead of on my bowl for the same reason and now they don'teven fill up the side cup. Like, you pay $3 more for guacamole, give the full portion! And definitely don't order online, ifyou can't watch them make it, forget it, you won't even have a full meal. Last thing, I understand that covid has made thingschallenging all around, but being kind is free and if you are going to decrease portions, increase prices, at least provide goodcustomer service and don't be rude. I am writing this as a plea for a change in how things are done, because I would really liketo be able to utilize this location again, but as it stands, I just can't anymore. Read more
They served food very poorly. Food looks bad compare to other locations. Small potions. I ordered fajita veggies and they just... put 2 pieces of pepper. Other toppings also very small... So we called the store and they suggested remake the order then theweights of the food which they remake is almost twice of first order. The remake one looks as usual. Read more
I love chipotle. But this location consistently messes up the orders. I use to order from the app but after multiple mistakes,... we started going in person. Yet this last order, somehow, when I ordered a chicken bowl, along with other items, the chickenbowl had no chicken when I got home. Stopped here the other day around 4:30 for an early dinner. Ordered through the app for the soonest available time and it was... waiting for me when I arrived. Order was correct and delicious! Decided to stay and eat in their new looking building. Therewere a decent amount of people in there but it was clean and appropriately stocked. I appreciated that they had trash, plastic,and compost options. Read more
