Amazing customer service. Two different people came to check on us while we were eating and when we were leaving a 3rd person at... the door asked my wife how was her soup. The fact that she remembered what we ordered was impressive I know this is not a fancyplace to eat and that is the reason I?m making this review. Always great food and service! Those kids outside in the drive thru are all over it. Scares me to see them so close to moving... cars but they get it done and are cheerful even in the hot sun. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a lemonade. The lemonadeis such a nice change from soda and was nice and cold. Sandwich was excellent, of course. Read more

Unfortunately, this is why I rarely come to this chik fil a and many other establishments. I havent been to this particular chik... fil a in over a year, and I pay for large meals usually but dont recieve the type of large meal I should be getting. The friesare always cut short as shown in the picture and extras usually have to be asked for twice. I still have the receipt. Read more
Attention!!! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AND CHECK YOUR BAGS before leaving if you happen to make the mistake of ordering from this... poor excuse of a Chick-Fil-A. If food is missing you will NOT receive a refund unless you drive back to the store immediately. Arefund is not a refund if we never received what we simply ordered?this is stealing from the customer. Let?s not forget poorfood quality (cold nuggets), poor leadership, slow service, and dirty bathrooms. Staff mentioned ?we are really struggling allaround right now with the new ownership (Mr Russ). We?ve lost a lot of employees because of the changes and it?s really hard onus.? I don?t blame this on the floor staff, I blame it on the poor ownership.
