Amazing customer service. Two different people came to check on us while we were eating and when we were leaving a 3rd person at... the door asked my wife how was her soup. Attention!!! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AND CHECK YOUR BAGS before leaving if you happen to make the mistake of ordering from this... poor excuse of a Chick-Fil-A. If food is missing you will NOT receive a refund unless you drive back to the store immediately. Arefund is not a refund if we never received what we simply ordered?this is stealing from the customer. Let?s not forget poorfood quality (cold nuggets), poor leadership, slow service, and dirty bathrooms. Staff mentioned ?we are really struggling allaround right now with the new ownership (Mr Russ). We?ve lost a lot of employees because of the changes and it?s really hard onus.? I don?t blame this on the floor staff, I blame it on the poor ownership.
