I ordered two double Whoppers I got single Whoppers I asked for no pickle there was pickle on them and this isn't the first time
Hours WRONG, always frustrating! Corrected drive-thru hours were previously accepted and reversed several times. Always shows... later hours than actual. Posted hours (pictured and submitted yet again) are... DINING ROOM: 6 AM to 10 PM All days...DRIVE-THRU: 6 AM to 11 PM [UPDATE: Talking to employees... apparently they are as frustrated as we are that the hours somehoware constantly being altered and appear wrong on Google. I just tried to order a simple meal through the drive thru. I ordered a #4, Bacon King value meal, as it was listed on the menu.... The reply I received from the person inside was that the Bacon King wasn't in a value meal. I replied that he was incorrect, asI was looking at the menu. They also tried to tell me that the best that they could do for me was a bacon double cheese burger,which can only be a small and not a large. If the employees working there don't even know their menu, nor how to take care ofthe customers, its understandable that their business is taking a dive. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more
It is with a heavy heart that I slash their score from a champion 5 stars to a mere one. This isn't the closest location, but... had been worth traveling the extra distance. I visited for an Impossible Whopper and to bang out some quick laptop tasks onWhopperWifi. After plunking down my hard-earned money, I got none of the experience I paid for. Despite the prominent displayof the internationally-recognized wifi symbol on their door, WhopperWifi was nowhere to be found. They casually mentioned thatthey don't have it, as if my expectation of this BK standard they actively promote was some bizarre special request. My woundwas, however, well salted: They do have a locked-down SSID - something like "BKOFFICE." Aside from letting me know thenecessary equipment is in-place and online for WhopperWifi, this ridiculously overpowered network crippled the free wifi fromtheir more honorable neighbors (Taco Bell and Kum and Go). This is bait and switch and false advertising if their ever was any(natives: outside CO these crimes - as well as vehicular theft - do see occasional attention from the law). As if I wasn'tfeeling ripped off enough already, I was approached around halfway through my burger and told I had to leave as they werelocking up the dining room (and seeing me out respectfully represented too much of a burden for the staff of 5+). I recall thislocation closing at 11 previously - not 10:12. I couldn't find any posted hours on the door. I may have missed them, but thisis not unheard of in the realm of CO customer service. It's an implied nod from management to go ahead and close whenever yourin the mood (posted hours don't carry much weight around these parts anyway, though removing the guidance they provide iscertainly telling). I never come here for good reason, but figured hey why not tonight. I had the WORST experience.The food was disgusting, they... messed up our order, made the burger wrong, never gave me my shake, never even got a receipt (have bank transaction as proof) sowe wasted $22 and went back for refund the worker said no. We live right across the street which is why we go here quite a bit. But every order I get is Wrong and I get attitude. I just... went there today and sandwiches were wrong and she slammed the window in my face. The customer service is garbage and order isalways wrong and I never hear anything back when I complain with feedback.
