Orderd one pizza. After 2 hours I called and spoke with a rude female who didn't care and hung up on me. I called back and spoke... to a manager who did the same. All I wanted was my money back. They refused to give any names and just like to hang up on you. Ibet their corporate is the same. Sent them a request. Horrible service here. Will not be back. Read more
Would rate it a minus 5 if I could. But doesn't give me that option, go here every Friday nite pretty much , new help sucks ,... there was no sauce and no cheese on pizza to find just as well ate a sheet of cardboard, and they raised the prices and tookaway toppings , what a joke !!!!!!!! Read more

Ordered yesterday for the last time. I used to love BJ pizza, but the last three times have been a horrible mess. Yesterday... was the last straw. Ordered online and it said 75 minute wait. At 90 minutes I called and they said "Sorry, its on the way."Delivered about 5 minutes after that and the pizza was cold like it had been in the drivers car for over an hour. Never again. Has to be the worst Blackjack in town, ordered a pizza online and was quoted 45min, after an hour I called to check on my order... and was told the driver left 8min ago and it should be here in 5min fast forward 25min later I called a 2nd time and thats aboutwhen my pizza showed up. Not only was it double the delivery time it was hard because it had sat under a heat lamp. I wish Icould give 0 stars. The best part of my experience was my refund. Read more
If i can give 0 , I will. After my bad experience with them I will never go back. My order was around $50 and I asked them not... to burn my pizza and the cheesy bread to have cheese everywhere not just little in the middle. Well they burn it and the cheeseon the bread was in the middle only. They made good pizzas before but I don't know what happened lately. I made a complain onBBB and the manager offered to give me my money back. I tried to make a comment on my complain to let them know that I agree onthat but I couldn't. They blocked me or something and I never got anything back. Read more
