Went the other day around afternoon to old town for errands. Wanted to get a snack, out of all options I chose arbys cause arbys... bussin. I tried both sides of the building. They were both locked. The drive thru was working, I shouldn?t need a car to getfood. I called and asked why they were locked, she said ?we only open the doors to people that ask.? Okay? Decided I didn?t needto ask permission to eat, so I?m asking for a free roast beef. Make it a double. I?ll be waiting for a response. Read more

I live close to this location and I have been so many times. I always get the French dip with the au jus sauce. Without a doubt... everytime the forget the au jus sauce and I always have to double check my bag to make sure they give me the sauce. I just havegone here so many times and literally every order something is wrong. So I just don't go back anymore. Read more
Had a jamoca shake and it was fantastic. But I really miss their potato cakes a great deal. They were one of my favorite things... to eat there, and to be perfectly honest it doesn't seem like Arby's without them. Read more

Very slow drive through. Sat for 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order. When I ordered, the person taking it was... condescending and did not trally care that my aggitation was because they were taking so long. When i said i was sorry for myshortness, their response was well you had 3 people ahead of you. Location has always been slow and no one seems to care. Management really should do a better job and not allow it to be a teen hangout in the back. Read more
