I came for some delicious food and good service and neither were present. The cashier was incoherently mumbling to a customer... about how they don't have roast beef and then a ridiculous incoherent conversation and argument happened. I think the customerand cashier were both drunk, they were speaking in cursive. It was like I was watching the discovery channel and seeing malecreatures puffing up to each other trying to be the bigger man. Kinda funny. After all of this, I stood waiting for servicewith my 3 year old. We waited 15 minutes, with no other customers around. We waited as we watched car after car go through thedrive through and that mumbling drunk cashier walking back and forth making eye contact with me. Not even giving a simplecourteous, I'll be right with you. We left and went to McDonald's instead. We would have gone to Chick-fil-A just to get back afeeling of good customer service but unfortunately it is Sunday. McDonald's was still better... Arby's, learn from Chick-fil-Aand get some customer service training. Read more

Not edible. 2 beef & chedddar, 1 French dip. The meat was old, Dried out and overcooked. So salty we couldn?t eat it!! Oh,... and no fried foods today-sign on drive thru said they were out. Second bad experience at this location. You need a new manageror something. Awful!!! Read more

It would seem that this location is under new management and they've gotten rid of the entire former staff. It was an awful... experience. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the person taking our order - she had zero personality and seemed angry. Our order was incorrect (everything was made incredibly sloppily and nothing looked appetizing) and we were missing a sandwichaltogether. It would seem that only two staff members speak English, so getting them to understand the situation was achallenge. We've gone to this location for 20 years, but this experience will end that. Worst experience ever! I wanted a side salad with no tomatoes. They refused to make me one. So I took one anyways thinking I... would be able to pick them off because the salads were always full ... Ha! The one I got wanyt even half way full and theyforgot my ranch!!! When I went to get ranch doors were locked so I went back to the drive thru and now irritated they refused togive me ranch!!! Just ordered my food, they are now precutting the roast beef. Beef was all dried out. Fries were also just the bottom of the... basket crumbs. They also won?t open the lobby at this location. Read more
