Our granddaughter had to send her steak back 3 times. It wasn't cooked well done. My husband's burger was barely cooked and... the bacon on the burger was part raw. Ot tasted bad. Our son brought these to the manager's attention. He came to the table andwas pretty much unresponsive. Seemed to be in a daze and offered no resolution. Shawn was AWESOME! and the manager Brittany was very sweet. The cinamon bites were great. Sadly we did have very cold chicken... and I overheard the general manager being rude to the bartender who was just trying to take a break and then the bartender hadto go back to working even tho he barely got to eat anything. Has become one of my favorite spots. We usually go in the afternoon/early evening. So far it's been pleasantly quiet every time... we've been. The service has been excellent, even when the kitchen was short staffed last time we went, we got our orders in atimely fashion. The staff is attentive and friendly. Read more

The service was sloooww! From greeting us at the door to taking our order. Even bringing out the food. The location was not busy... by any means and I can totally understand if they were short staffed or something beyond control.... However, this was so notthe case! As well, it also seemed as if everything was watered down a bit. The salad dressing and the sodas and the food seemedone sided - if that makes any sense.... like my husband's fries were freshly made and super hot while his ribs were just aboveroom temperature. We came as a group of 8 at around 1130pm so especially given thesituation, I'm pleased with how she and the other employees treated us. She was transparent and explained the reason why ourorders were taking so long was because they only had 1 cook. I can very much appreciate her communication with the wait andother mistakes she made. She did mess up 1 of our tabs and forgot what our orders were but this late at night, on a weekend... Ican understand. Restaurant was clean and so were the tables and chairs. Read more
We enjoyed a fun lunch with delicious onion rings as an appetizer. Unfortunately, they were out of riblets on the 2/$22 menu... and didn't have a substitution available. Also, their idea of meat temps is one level lower. So I ordered a medium-cookedburger, and it came out rate to medium-rare. However, they completely recooked my burger and it came out perfectly medium-well,juicy, and delicious! All of the other meals were perfect! Read more
We and had the 2 for $30 with the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, came sizzling which was entertaining and also kept the food... quite warm during our conversational dinner. The waiter, Dorian was very polite and when we asked about dessert he suggestedthe brownie bite that was super delicious and also a budget friendly option.
