Today I?ve had the worst experience I?ve ever had at any 7-Eleven The Employee Behind the counter tried to fight me And threaten... to cause bodily harm because your card reader would not work. And also argued with me To say that I did not pay for any of myitems when the payment had went through. This store is the worst 7 Eleven I have every been to, the service is complete Garbage, the staff doesn't want to do there... job(ring up customers), they don't Appreciate you coming in to spend your money there, so you would better off to go somewherethat understands that you are the reason they are open, without the customer a business will not be open for very long. Stock is always questionable, coffee is usually hours upon hours old, fountain machine always broken, Cold brew doesn?t exist,... when asked about it, staff got extremely hostile and rude. They were screaming at each other and I even witnessed a customer notgetting his change back because they were to busy bickering. Very unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all costs. Seems like every other day they are only accepting cash because their systems is down. Today it was down at 10am and still down... at 11pm. This shows how poor this place is managed, allowing that much revenue on a Saturday just walk out the door. Theonly thing good about the 711 is the convenience if you live in the neighborhood. If I could give negative stars I would give this store -1000. The man that runs this store is SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I have... never experienced anything like this and I finally quit going to this store months ago. Then today my daughter comes home cryingbecause the same rude man accused her of owing money from the day before and she was never there that day. He was rude, loud,mean and made a teenager cry. I work graves and several times I?d go to this store only to have him signal through the windowthat he?s closed. Wait, 24 hour store closed on multiple occasions? Why? Whatever, my daughter, my sons my friends will never goto this jerks store ever again. As luck would have it they opened a new 7-11 just around the corner on Wadsworth, they are superfriendly, their store is clean, and they aren?t ever on the phone talking to someone as they are ringing me up. Sorry to have toleave a bad review, I let it go at first then he messed with my kid, nope not okay. If you hate your job so much go find anotherthat makes you happy so you won?t be such a mean ugly person to people. Read more
I drive twice as far to go to another 7/11 because this one is incredibly slow. I tried mentioning this to the staff and they... were incredibly rude and took extra long. Will never go back. Little guy behind the counter is terrible at customer service. Read more
This is the most disgusting, unclean 7-11 I've been to in a very long time. I used to get coffee here until I took a good look... at the urns the coffee was made in. I have pictures that would make you sick. The man working the morning shift is clearlymore concerned with talking on his phone than the cleanliness of the store. I would recommend skipping this location and goingelsewhere for coffee or breakfast. This used to be a clean and respectable shop; no longer. What a shame. Read more
Went to buy cigarettes and doughnuts, I only had a $50,guy said he couldn't make change, very rude, what a punk he is, will be... shopping 2blocks south of there at the gas station, Very nice people there.I suggest everyone shop there too!!! Read more
