They dont train their staff. I purchased a gift card. Got home and it didn't work. Went back and was treated extremely rude by a... cashier named Trish. I dont believe they activated the card at the register. Most places I buy the cards give a gift receipt.711 doesn't apparently. I hate leaving negative reviews. I understand bad days happen, and stores get busy at inconvenient times. That?s what happened... when I got off tonight, off a 7-hour shift as a server and one of only two servers. And I can still be polite andrespectful. However the African American Woman (description) was not. She was annoyed, and on her phone in-between guests. Iwaited in line for a literal 15 mins, patiently I?ll gladly add, because I just needed to reload my prepaid card. When it was myturn, I got this response to add money to a card, ?No. You?ll have to wait till tomorrow?. First off, don?t state ?No?. Tell mesomething kinder. Second, tell me the reason why you can?t load. Third, when did GreenDot, or any other prepaid card, have acut-off time and why isn?t this posted somewhere? I got no words after that, expect her helping the guest behind me? Noapologizes, no goodbyes, na-da! That?s so rude! Read more

If O could give less than 1 star I would. Were do you find these people you hire? This is not my 1st fin experience with... extremely rude cashiers. The cashier didn't know how to work the app so some other guy comes to help he doesn't know either andpresses the redeem again so I am out 4000 points and he says its not his problem. And this rude cashier not in her 711 clothesyelling at me that it's my problem not theres and they need to help other people. Older lady screaming MAM MAM. Then they allrefused to give me a number for upper mngmnt or owner to call. I use this store daily and jave had soo many bad experiences butthis takes the cake. Incompetence at its finest thats my fault I guess and Im out all those points I AM DONE! Read more

The chick that is always there when I stop in around 6:00 or 7:00 is awesome she's always happy and bubbly and usually playing... music. always apologizes and says sorry if the line is long or the computer is taking too long. I've never seen someone so happyto work at 7-Eleven. She always asks what can she do for me and they almost always have what I need except for the one time Ineeded a diapers but they don't carry those. And if they don't have it you can bet this lady will check and see if they dobefore you leave. She's the only person I've ever seen fold pizza boxes while running two registers and cook the pizza to.She's a whirlwind bent on customer satisfaction. Don't get me wrong theres days where she looks like she's struggling especiallyif it's only her in there but she still always has a smile on her face for you. If she ever disappears I might just have tofigure out where she's gone because this is the customer service I need in my life. Read more

I can)t say for sure because I didn't take my receipt but I wish I did because when we added up the cost of things it seems like... I was charged extra by just about the price of a pack of cigarettes. Read more

I went to this location this evening after being frustrated with a bad experience on Marshall and 54th and this was no... different. Two ladies (Tricia and Jen) were talking to each other for almost two minutes and I almost had to introduce myself tobe noticed. I shared my bad experience with the other store and I asked if there was Manager on duty and they said no. I askedif they were a franchise and if they were suppose to treat customers nicely. Tricia said yes but acted very rudely. I will nevergo back. Read more
