No dining room open. Food was bad. Stale bagel and breakfast sandwich egg shouldn't of been served. Way too expensive for... garbage food. I'm giving the staff credit for working fast. Read more
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This use to be the best Tim Hortons in the area, but I was hugely disappointed at my... last visit. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe the situation that just happen! We choice to come into the store,because we were ordering sandwiches. No one was making our sandwiches, so after a fair amount of time I asked if someone couldfinish my order instead of ignoring me for the drive thru. An employee that was out of uniform, leaving for the day and flippingher long blonde hair back and forth in the restaurant was so disrespectful!! The way she spoke to me as a customer wasdisgusting. She told me that they had to focus on the drive thru over customers in the store. I asked what makes them moreimportant than me. She looked at me and said "they are!"!! And then continued to tell me that that is their managers decision tofocus on the drive over walk in customers. She was so disrespectful! I could not believe that she spoke to a customer like that!If a manger reads this and would like to have a conversation about this situation I would be more than happy to talk to you. Read more
So friendly of staff. Wish more were like this one. Were not even annoyed at my large order.
Have gone through Arthur on my way to Sauble many times and as of late have noticed portion sizes changing. I order an iced cap... everytime and have found the last couple of months if I order a medium and your lucky if it has as much as a small should havein it. Same for a small it is always an inch under the lid line. I don?t see any other Tim?s that are following this so I?massuming it?s just this owner trying to cut back but not lowering the price. Manager is ignorant . Likes to make ignorant comments when looking down instead of making eye contact when taking an order. I... was a daily customer for the last year , multiple times a day I will not be using this time hortons anymore, the store is ranterribly . You wait up to 10 minutes for an order . The rest of the girls were ok so I didnt mind dealing with theinconveniences that come along with this location . But after that interaction with the stores manager out of all theemployees. I eill not be returning and advise using other locations , especially if your in a rush . I dont know how thefranchise allows the poor customer service and slow drive through and store front times .. it's a joke . Might need newmanagement . Read more
