I went through the drive up on my way home, to grab our favorites. We love the Green Chili Cheese Burgers, onion rings and... Cherry Limeades. I noticed that they seemed to be short on staff and the order took a little longer than usual. Read more

Almost always packed- which I get! You should also cut the employees a bit of slack, they have to be stressed. However, almost... every time I've ordered, its always been wrong. Long wait, wrong order. Sometimes even the employees are rude right off the bat(not all! I find it can usually be the ones who take your order, not deliver them) Read more

Food is good but the service is so slow, 30 minutes and more for 3 medium milkshakes is rediculous!!

This place is sooo slow. If you like to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, this is your place. Even ordering online takes 15 to... 20 minutes for the food to come out. We stopped ordering on line because they still take forever to get your food out and youhave to wait there cause you paid already. Burger King across the street is wayyyy better even thou we get cold hamburgerpatties there just for the fact that we get our food in half the time. I honestly think we have only been able to eat there onceout of the dozen times we waited 20 plus minutes in line. Any other Sonic is awesome, but this place is too slow and in the pastyear of trying to make this place work, still can't happen. Read more

Absolutely bad. I asked for a vanilla cherry dr pepper. Nothing hard about it yet they had gotten that wrong 2x one was just dr... pepper. Second time they added the cherry but not the vanilla and I just left before they could fix it again because I wasalready in line for an hour just waiting on a drink. I can sympathize that they may or may not be low on workers but is that agood reason for customer service to not even exist anymore? Read more

Fast, friendly, convenient. Ordered on the app, and it was ready a few minutes later when we arrived. The young carhop was eager... and friendly. I would love to give him the last star, but it's just not quite there. As he was bringing our food, he took a badstep off the curb and spilled a drink all over the tray, including the napkins and the bags holding our food. If he hadre-bagged the food before he finished the delivery, or explained the situation, it wouldn't have been an issue. He did fix theproblem, but only after he tried to bring us the wet mess.
