Just had dinner there this evening and the experience was possibly one of the worst experiences I have had I went to this... restaurant many years ago and it was amazing, after this evenings visit was a complete disaster. The waitess was very good andprofessional. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the cook staff. They obviously don't know the cuts of meat they areserving I ordered a 12oz rib eye and my wife ordered a 7 Oz new york strip with a baked potato. When we received our food wewere completely shocked at how it arrived. I received what looked to be 3 separate cuts of beef which were as thin as a skirtsteak and the toughness of beek jerky, and my wife received what the cooks said was a strip steak which was also cut from thecooks to check what temperature the meat was and once you cut the meat while it is cooking the juices will run out causing thecustomer to receive a dry steak. The food was also not hot or even warm when we received our meal and the baked potato was alsocold they couldn't even melt the cheese correctly. So all in all the cooks desperately need more training on how to identifythere cuts of meat, how to properly check what temperature the meat is without cutting it and drying out the steak. On apositive note everything that was deep fried was cooked properly. Read more
The food was good, service good! What I didn't like is that I rarely tip on my card and prefer to tip in cash. Zeroed out the... tip line and made it for amount on the bill only to discover later that there was a 20% gratuity added and not approved bymyself. I did tip my server over the 20% to begin with and handed the cash to the server. Read more
I always order the tortilla crusted tilapia and it is so delicious. This time I ordered it and was given pan seared rice with a... tortilla on the side. It looked like they had a whole new staff that was very nice but did not k ow what they were doing. Firstpicture is what it should look like and second it what I got. Not sure I will go back. I gave restaurant 4 stars because our waitress was awesome! It was almost empty friday night when we got there so even better. I... ordered the steak melt 7oz with side of loaded mash. My steak had mushroom with cheese and onion it was really good. The Loadedmash was cold and not great :( We were able to go to salad bar and it had a great variety. My Hubby got a Sirloin 12 oz and hedid not like it he said it was soft then hard and left almost all of it. His mash potatoes were also cold. We really liked therolls they offered. OMG the fish is the best. The place needs update lighting during the day. It was hard to read the menus. Staff was very nice. I... spoke with waiter at the end of our meal, being they didn't return to ask how we were, how the meal is, if we needed refills. Ilet the waiter know these step help with a bigger tip. It just show that you care about the customers experience while in therestaurant. Overall nice place and will return and request the same waiter to see if they care. Read more
They took forever to get us food but the food was AMAZING and so I give this WONDERFUL place a 5 star restaurant!
