Went through the drive through for some lunch for my girls since they wanted Mc D's. The guy in the intercom sounded like he... didn't wanna be there. Sighing thru the intercom and would take long pauses like he didn't feel like speaking. Then on top ofthat the total on the Menu popped up when I wasn't even done ordering, so I just drove to the second window to pay for the fooddidn't even bother ordering anything else. I hate complaining but Mc Donald's please do better. Or at least make sure youremployees wanna be there. Terrible customer service. Read more
The line in the drive through is always very long and immobile. It is a rare occasion that I can actually order before I have to... pull out and leave. Fifteen minutes is far too long to wait before abandoning any hope of food. I would certainly sympathize ifthe volume of business was simply too great, however an immobile drive through is not the fault of the customer but of theprovider. Read more
Sometimes they move fast and sometimes slowly. Depends on what time you go to get food. I went through the drive thru which... granted it did take a few minutes but that is cause I ordered my burger plain which in turn comes freshly made. Food is alwayshot and fries are always fresh. Soda was a bit flat this last time my husband and I went but other than that little mishap,everything went smoothly and was great as always! Read more

It's a McDonald's. It has everything you expect. The free Wi-Fi seems to have attracted more customers that come and park at a... table for much longer than their food lasts. I came here specifically for the EV charging in the parking lot. I was thankful tohave a high power connection there. +1 star just for the 4 EV chargers. Better prices here than at the McDonald's down inCarlsbad. Read more
