The worst ever i hop i have been to by far, waited a hour for 2 people!!! Crazyy! I only put one star because i had to choose... at least 1 star. It was the only place open on a Sunday night. After traveling for a while we were tired and starving. Gluten free options were... available. The staff was super nice. We waited a bit to get our food but only because they were looking for ingredients. Itseems the town has a hard time keeping stock for the restaurant because of other cities around them and the high amount oftraffic. Even after all of this the meals they prepared for us were great tasting. The service was great and we'd definitelyrecommend it. Read more
We were advised our food would take a while to come out and they explained they had "3 people cooking but still taking forever."... They weren't too packed and you could see everybody was upset that people that came after were getting their food first. I triedordering pancakes and chicken and our waitress said they had run out of chicken. While waiting for our order a family comes inafter us and orders chicken strips and doesnt get told they ran out and get their chicken strips. Pretty upset since that waswhat I was craving for my bday. Not sure if they were really out and magically got more when the other family walked in or what. Read more
I use to work at IHOP for almost 16 years. I have been everything from a server to a General Manager multi unit operator. It... seems to me that you are not following SOP. I ordered a T-Bone breakfast and there were no sear marks from the grill and it waschewy like it had been cooked in the microwave. I originally ordered the steak tips but you guys were already out of on a Sundaymorning at 6:00 a.m. which means you guys are out of supplies all day seems to me that there's an ordering issue as well.However the staff was friendly and polite they tried their best with the short staff that they had management really needs tostep it up thanks Read more
Hannah was our server but the hostess served us. First it's a holiday weekend and you have a lot of families traveling and your... under staffed that sucks. The restaurant is clean food was slowly coming out but when. 5 come at a time it'd hard on a person. Iget all that. What I didn't get is why you take a drink order then go talk to a regular for 5 minutes before you get there drinkorder out. Cool with the let me get there order they have been here longer spill but guys come on. Thank you hostess forgetting our coffee and telling us it's on the house. Thank you for trying to keep it calm in chaos. I would say not a good ideato have new servers working a holiday weekend. Possibly retrain drinks..then talk. Again. Terrible Terrible place to eat I?ve been to many Ihops but oh man! apparently the cook is the manager she left in the middle of... her shift to pick up her kid from school, the bathrooms were disgusting, there was flies everywhere, the food was rushed (I?massuming because she had to leave) the eggs were not cooked liked we asked , we were missing sides from our meals and we werenot able to get them because the cook/ manger had left to pick up her kid , one of the meals was missing bacon the other mealwas missing both sides and the bacon burger was missing the bacon also when told our very nice server he went out of his way andwas trying to make the sides him self but when I asked him how much longer on the sides that?s when we were notified that thecook/manger had left but would be right back. We never got our sides because by the time she came back we were done and at thatpoint I was frustrated the restaurant itself was very dirty. The service was horrible. The server brought a glass of iced tea that looked like mud, in a filthy glass (still had lipstick on... it). Server never checked back or even took the dirty dishes away. A different Server brought refills. Certainly not thestandards IHOP once had. Read more
