This has to be one of the worst managed fast food places in New Mexico. There is never a time you will come to this Burger King... and not 30 minutes for your order and they STILL make it wrong. My advise is to go literally anywhere else in Artesia for food.I?d rather go hungry than waste my time here. Read more

We arrived late from out of town. Checked into hotel and rush out to get food before closing. Standing in a filthy lobby with no employees visible for 5 minutes. Finally someone from back came and told me to continue... waiting. Manager finally and slowly walks to the front. No chicken and 10 minutes to find out. Shut this one down for sanitaryreasons if nothing else. Read more
I went to burger at 5:05 pm and me and my friend decided to order a chicken sandwich (small) and I ordered a chicken fries meal... (medium) we waited 3 minutes for the person waiting on us to put down the Buffalo sauce. So after they put down our order it is5:12pm. We go to the 2nd window to get our food, this took 6 minutes. We are pulling out of the driveway wjen we see they gotour order wrong. If I could rate this 0 stars I would, thy aren't very consistent, we've been there before, and they've alwaysfound a way to screw up. Do not go here if you are looking to get food that you want.
