TLDR: Ordered $1377 catering which came over 1.5 hours late and our guests were hungry and an embarrassing experience for us.... Tribos also forgot 2 trays of salads as starters. They offered to deliver the salad, but everyone was already done eating atthat point. Took hours of negotiation to get the owner to refund us 20%, but later changed his mind and refunded us for thesalads that weren't delivered and only 13%... Poor business choice as they probably won't get many large catering ordersanymore That being said the food is delicious. Read more

This is going to sound a little strange, but here goes. Have you been to Bengal Barbeque at Disneyland? Well the HOT Peri Peri... sauce at Tribos reminds me of the Banyan sauce on the Banyan Beef Skewer...only without the teriyaki vibe. IT'S DELICIOUS! Thissauce alone is reason enough for a return visit to Tribos. Chicken is the protein that makes up the majority of the menu here,but the lamb was my favorite. It wasn't gamey like lamb has a tendency to be. I recommend the lamb wrap and a side of the creamycotija corn...with lots of the HOT Peri Peri sauce! ???????? Amazing food, amazing prices, amazing menu. The service is amazing as well as the food is really really good. As a guy who eats... a lot of food and really picky it has the best quantity and quality. Totally recommend everybody to come check this place out. Read more
The peri peri chicken is excellent! I found this to be almost exactly like the real deal found in South Africa. I also liked the... rice and coleslaw. The salad however is the reason I took away a star. The ingredients were not fresh and this was quitedisappointing as everything else was so amazing. The olives were canned olives, the cucumbers were old and the lettuce was limp.I hope that they can improve on their salads so I can return with all 5 stars soon. Read more
I?ve tried this for the first time and I love it. I usually eat spicy food but hot is super spicy. Their spice levels are legit... and don?t order spicy if you can?t handle it. You can get lemon and herb if you are looking for less spicy. Chicken platter withrice is a must try. I loved the rice and got the extra side. Paneer appetizer is OK. I was craving peri-peri chicken and this place hit the spot! I had the chicken plate with medium sauce, it was delicious. The... rice is biryani style, feels like a home cooked vibe.
