The owner Gautam is a conman. He took $300 from the in the month of March and whenever I would call him to ask for my money, he... would manipulate me into not asking for it by telling me how bad his restaurant is doing. Dude, you can't justify not returningborrowed money with your own problems!! Everyone has problems in their lives. At this point, he has blocked my number and Ihave to call him from different numbers to reach out to him. And later I also found out that he's done the same thing to a lotof people, which he should be ashamed of. I just hope karma gets him. Read more

"The best!" The review can be done only with those 2 words. Best customer service, best fusion food, best Indo-Chinese & best... venue for small events. This place is fairly new & their food is work of art. They're not shy to add the right Indian spices &they know the precise amount to tickle your tastebuds. Calling out to my all Bangladeshi foodies out there, try this place! Wecelebrated a birthday party there. There were more than 40 guests & it's a rarity that everyone (including kids) loves the food.We arranged a buffet style event & every single guest at least filled their plates twice. Crazy part is, almost no one wastedthe food. We still had a lot of leftovers, which we gladly packed & will enjoy for couple of days :) Gautam & his team werehospitable & made sure everything runs smoothly. Food trays were filled right on time & kept hot until the end of the party.Tables were rearranged to our needs. And the place was well decorated & well lit for the pictures. Ample amount of parking inthe back & street parking available as well. Now the main part, food: 1. Fried momo/dumplings - the best appetizer for anyparty. Everyone will fall in love. Guaranteed! 2. Tandoori & Szechuan garlic wings - succulent, juicy, flavorful & fingerlicking good 3. Hakka noodles - everyone's favorite substitute for rice 4. Kadhai goat - they used fatty rib meats & it came outlike bomb! Spices were on point & stew were perfect for dipping the naan & you finger all the way 4. Chili Paneer - perfectIndo-Chinese food. Went good with rice, naan & even noodles. Indian cottage cheese used (unlike some other places use tofu orfake cheese) 5. Naan - came out a bit overcooked, but not so dry that not edible. Next time, I'll ask them to keep an extra eyeon the naan 6. Fried rice - seasoning & texture was good. My only issue was the quality of the rice & the amount of salt. Therice was thick & the saltiness was a bit extra with all other items We tried their food before arranging the Read more

Finally, I struck gold in finding an authentic and delicious Indian Fusion restaurant! While Los Angeles has the fourth largest... Indian population in the United States, one would believe that we have an excellent array of Indian restaurants covering variousregional cuisine. Not the case. I have sampled over 50 different Indian restaurants throughout my 30 plus years as a foodconnoisseur and found only a handful of restaurants that I can rate as authentic and excellent. G Star Grill & Wings, a newlyestablished, three-month old restaurant in the heart of Little India is situated in the main strip of Pioneer Boulevard among asea of restaurants and sari shoppes. This restaurant offers an extensive list of dishes from Uttar Pradesh, Nepal, Bengali,Odia, Mughlai, and Chettinad. During my first visit, I decided to order a variety of dishes including the appetizers RajKachori, Chicken Momos as well as entreés Macher Kalia (Rui Fish), Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, Shahi (Korma) Chicken, andChettinad Chicken. The Raj Kachori is a popular breakfast/snack food. This version is an open-faced deep-fried pastry doughfilled with potatoes, lentils, onion, yogurt, cilantro and tamarind chutney. One bite of the Raj Kachori and all those flavoursand textures came rushing through my mouth ? amazing! The Chicken Momos which are chicken steamed dumplings were perfectlywrapped and seasoned into the homemade dough. The Macher Kalia (Rui Fish), a river carp usually served at weddings consist ofseveral pieces of fried fish cooked in a poppy seed paste, green/red chilies, mustard oil, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, etc. The Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani are pieces of boneless chicken (usually lamb) cooked in a mixture of dry spices among a bedof basmati rice. The rice absorbs all the flavours of the chicken, the bones and the spices. Think of it as an Indian versionof paella. The Shahi (Korma) Chicken is a non-spicy curry blend of coconut, almond, cream and sugar wi Read more

I wish I took pics of the food. We had the classic Buffalo wings and lamb chops. Both were very good. The Buffalo wings weren?t... actually Buffalo but some type of tandoori wings, which were way better than Buffalo wings. Definitely recommend this place. Read more
