Ordered pizza paid over phone. Had my son pick up the order and only received 1/2 the order. They didn't apologize, they just... took the missing food off my credit card. Love the food from Palo Mesa but tonight we called to place a order over the phone and were told all orders have to be done... online on Palo Mesa Pizzas website or doordash app. For delivery on Palo Mesa Pizza website there was more then $9.00 in feesfor 2 Calzones. So I went over to Doordash app and it was more then $12.00 in fees. Basically more then the most Build your ownCalzone Costs. Also you are unable to make changes to orders online so if your allergic to something they won't take it off.???????????? I understand gas prices are at a all time high but all of these fees are ridiculous. They have lost our Businessand I'm sure there are lots of other local people who will be doing and thinking the same about all of the extra charges. It's agood thing we have 5-6 other pizza places within a few miles that are equally good if not better and cheaper. Read more
We ordered our pizza over the phone so we could pick it up on our way back to the resort we were staying at. It was done by the... time we got there. Very friendly staff and great prices.
