Took 30 minutes exactly for our 8 piece and fry ???? food was great! Hot and tasted great and all but the speed was awful.... Would have been 5 stars if it didn?t take so long. My friends ordered a 15 piece and are still inside waiting on their food?almost 40 minutes later. We are now late to our event and they?re stillll waiting on wings. Every time we order from the Arnold Wingstop for carry out, something is missing when we get home. This time it was veggies... (carrots & celery). The boneless wings were okay, but cold when we got home (5 minutes away). The bone-in wings were also cold,but even worse had nearly no meat and were over cooked. The fries were not just cold, they felt as if they were sitting with theair conditioner blowing straight on them. It is likely we will not go back. Read more
When we arrived guy asked if we were picking up or ordering and we told him ordering. We looked at the menu for a minute or... two and he continued working. He never came to take our order and continually ignored us so we walked out of the store. Read more
Second Wingstop in the region I?ve visited today that was not open and did not have any thing on their website or google that... reflected the change. I understand wanting to use your website as a resource for those people who may have questions abouthours of operation, but you must update those so that you do not have people driving all over the region trying to find aWingstop that is open. I sadly had a very bad first experience and more than likely won't return. Customer service was fine the people were polite. The... wait on the food is around 20 minutes and they won't tell you til you pay. Then I finally got the food and started eating it onthe way home. The wings tasted good but they did something wrong because I started vomiting all of it up about 15 minutes later.It could have been the fries as well because I ate a few (at once) and had to choke them down because they had a very weirdtaste. The front door has a sign about open interviews. I'm assuming they are short staffed because it is a Friday (8/5/2022) and they... are closed. I am curious if they are going to start being closed more often until they get more help. Other than that, greatwings. Read more
This location is hit or miss. Last visit, the food was hot and frsh. I feel like the bone in wings don't always get enough... seasoning if it is not a sauce. The fries are very good when fresh and well done with extra seasoning. They have moved away fromhaving the wings swimming in grease in the container, which is nice. Read more
1st time trying. Food was ordered online. Was ready when I got there but it wasn?t ?hot?. I didn?t realize until I got to where... I was going that I didn?t get the veggie sticks. No biggie. I?m only guessing that the large ranch I ordered was the 5 cups ofdip and not one big one? Maybe next time I?ll just go in and order so it?s hotter. Read more
