If I could give zero stars I would! We just went through the drive through, waited almost 40 minutes. We ordered 4 meals, and... got 2 of them... unfortunately 1 of them was unedible. The brocolli was brown and it smelled horrible. Absolutely disgusting.How can you serve your customers rotten food??!! Read more

I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes and actually had to say hello to even get a response. I was there for a pickup... order. One of the items I got was a click sandwich. When I opened it it was upside down. Top of sandwich on bottom and thebottom but was literally hard and stale. I am proceeding to eat this without a bottom bun and if you can imagine how that goinggiven the ridiculous amount of sauce. I also ordered a Dr.Pepper and was told they didn?t have Dr Pepper or coke. It?s alwayssomething at this location. And silly me always gives them another chance just to be let down. Never again. This place eitherneeds a lot of staff or need someone who can run the store properly or all of the above! Read more

They left out part of my drive-through order and I had to go in and get it. My sandwich had mold on the bun. The fries were... cold. Read more

Jack in the box stores are short staffed. They are trying to get workers but no one wants to work. Starting pay is $11. & they... will work with you on days your available. They have no call no shows or just bad workers who dont understand fast food concept.Jack in the box is doing there part to deliver great tasting food for all the customers in drive thru, dine in and Door Dash. Jack in the Box has been a family favorite for so long. This particular restaurant has had its struggles of staying staffed the... past few years, but that?s understandable. This morning, 10/1/22, we went through the drive thru and was informed we?d have alittle bit of wait, as the employee was the only one there. No problems with that, I?ve been in food service before, I knowwhat it?s like to be short staffed. I want to commend and congratulate the man that was there. Didn?t catch his name, but he waswonderful. Despite a long line and a lot to do by himself, he still took the time to tell us to have a great day. He deserves ahuge raise for this shift alone!!! Management, if you want to keep people like him employed, compensate them for their hard workand make them feel appreciated. Read more

I love Jack in the Box, but this store has been a miss for me everytime we've gone. Did Door Dash one time, and everything was... burnt and tasted like old oil. In the height of covid non of the employees wore gloves or masks. Just seems dirty. Read more

The person taking our order was very disrespectful to us also the general manager was yelling at her witch everyone could see so... I can't blame her for being disrespectful to us or the manager. Not to mention we asked for our order to be made right and toldthem what we had yet still gave it to us wrong! And the sweet tea was sour Never going here again shame on you all. Read more

Not sure if this location was supposed to be open still, but when I pulled up tonight, all outside lights were on, all menu... lights were on, and the open sign was lit up. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and sat for a few minutes and no one saidanything. I then proceeded to the drive-thru window and all lights were on inside, but there were no cars parked anywhere. Thishas happened more than a few times. Read more
