We usually eat here? last night we got there at 7pm. The sign said they were open until 9pm. We went to open the door and it was... LOCKED with NO SIGN indicating they may have closed early. Two girls were inside the shop - one was mopping the floor near thedoor and did not have the decency to open the door to let us know they closed early. Just plain rude. ???? Read more

The staff here are slow. The purple haired girl working the sandwich line couldn't take longer if she tried, it doesn't help... that she seems drugged to her eyeballs. I've been here several times and its the same each time. I really wish I could give ahigher rating because the store itself seems fine, and the other staff seem friendly enough but maybe move her off thesandwiches. Bella Italia is a a 30 second walk down the sidewalk I would highly recommend it over this subway. Read more
Ok if you like thin subs. You have to beg for extra lettuce or veggies. Those pictures they use are a joke. They have become... very restricted on toppings so don't want more then 2 olives they will meltdown. Read more
Perhaps they had an off day, but the bins they pull the ingredients from were very messy, the 5 sandwiches they made looked... messy, and they all had odd portions of a toppings. Very unfresh feeling. Very strange and unlike Subway all around. Kids atethe food, I could not take but a couple bites - I was grossed out. Hopefully it was just a bad day. Very nice staff tho! First time here and last..Basic culinary/food service standards need to be utilized. Clean as you go, Change your gloves... frequently, etc. Front exhibition line looked messy. Employee sense of urgency was lacking during service and employees showedno joy or emotion of any kind and seemed to not care. One gentleman working the line was asked if he was the only person workingby a customer, his response was "No". Customer then asked "are they in the back?" (subtly hinting at maybe you should call herup for assistance) his response was "i don't know where she is".The other employee did not return for roughly 10 minutes.Horrible communication amongst staff. Note: Only went in once. The staff was terrible. The quality of food is what you'd expect from Subway. Whomever the management... at this establishment is should take time are teach/demonstrate what customer service is. Read more
I pass another subway just to come to this one. Most subways are the same, this one stands out because the crew that works... here (while young) pay attention and dont make mistakes very often. The place is usually clean, and i dont leave wanting topunch someone. The crew is friendly and know what they are doing, and that keeps me coming back when i want a quick sandwich. Also, they dont close early or randomly like other nearby subways. Read more
